Sonnet XVIII (Colombian) - Light Roast - Pack of 3 (400g x3)

Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer’s lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm’d;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature’s changing course untrimm’d;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander’st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

The bold roast boasts notes of cane sugar and almonds.

BACKGROUND DETAILS FROM OUR PROVIDER:

Biodiversity is a heritage for humanity. This is the philosophy of coffee growers in South Santander, Colombia. This, being our best-selling coffee, was in the first container that Single Origin and EPA Balvara exported together. We’re very proud of the relationship we have developed with the community of Curiti and San Gil, and especially with the Wandurraga Family owners of four farms and two of the Vasquez Brothers farms, where all this coffee comes from. For the last 12 years, we have been importing these coffees, and every year we select the best of our friends, the farmers in the region.
